Be it personal struggles, professional challenges, or just simple life happenings, it is fundamentally important for personal growth and success that one learns to deal with and overcome adversities. Adversity appears in the form of financial stress, health-related issues, relationship woes, or career setbacks. Most importantly, one must learn to acknowledge that adversities are a part of life and they can strike anyone. Thus, the trick is not in steering clear from adversities but in increasing resilience and developing counter strategies.

How to Beat Adversity
