withdrawing steem dollars

I am a very old user of stemit.
It's been a while since I have never logged in to my account I think things have a little bit changed here.

changes in policies or anything I don't know about it but,
I want little help from steemit users kindly help me to withdraw my steem dollars.
so can anyone know about the withdrawal process?
