. 💥 First in thr morning drink 1 cup of warm water with lemon 🍋. drink lots of water throughout the day with all meals...
💥 Drink lots of green tea ( in morning has natural caffeine) and eliminate all juice ( expect natural pomegranate juice) diet and regular soft drinks. Drink only 1 cup of coffee a day..
💥 Never eat sugar thia also means nothing white pasta. Bread 🍞 or potatoes ( nothing processed alao know as eating clean..
💥 Eat 5 meal 🍴 a day ( this include snack) do not eat anything after 7 pm
💥 Eat mostly lean protein and limit bed carbohydrate ( absolutely no chips 🍟. Cookies. Cake 🎂 no junk food 🍲..)

I think the exercise is an elegant role in being thinner but your food matters most because of being thin. If we eat the right food at the right time and eat less fat things then it is possible.
