Good day Steemian and welcome, this is more than just a price update on the Steem cryptocurrency for 16/6/2024, under the hood it's been a 7 year project.
I have been posting the Steem price update since almost the very beginning of Steemit.com back in 2016 along with other content, plus I have attended many Steem official events and represented Steem at smaller events.
Many have came here to discuss the daily Steem price and recent Steemit changes for over 7 years.

There also as never been a single power down made on this account since that time "7 years", our mission is to retain and rise the price of Steem for the benefit of us all. We do this by not only holding STEEM but by also buying into STEEM from time to time. All this rises the price of STEEM meaning your investment goes up in value and so does your earning rewards.

I'm sure we all want a better future for Steem and so casting your upvote here keeps Steem locked to raise it's value for us all. Most of the players in the crypto sphere are only here for some quick and shady profits before they just decide to get up and disappear but we have been here for the long run and would like to see Steem remained a strong and reliable token.

If you tire of addictively looking at the charts every few minutes then instead just relax and look here for the average STEEM price for your daily plan or strategy.

June 2024-Bitcoin reached over "70.000" again on June 4th and so the high season isn't done just yet thankfully. Likely you have already witnessed some of the many bearish traps for investors to try and navigate this season. So who knows when the bullrun will be truly over, I mention bitcoin because it can be a indication on the direction that Steem will follow. However not a lot of movement from our own token this time round compared to previous years which is very sad. Perhaps we have to be more patient, Steem did almost doubled since it's bottom and while that was something to celebrate we done much better in the past. However that does mean that Steem itself is essentially still wide open price wise for smart and smaller investors💰. Last night I went to sleep before the usual late hour, yes 2nd time, however this was mostly because in the morning I had a very early shift to deal with and this morning was similar. When I did try to sleep it thankfully didn't take me too long to drift off, the cold was still around trying to cause disturbance. However I did have a extra layer on and so like this I was prepared, it did start to rain last night but not bad enough to cause me any issue sleeping. I was surprised while trying to fall asleep not to be disturbed by my cat knocking on the door as she's been doing that a lot lately but I think she may of meowed once. When I did fall asleep I woke-up over 1 hour before my alarm again, likely because I left the curtains open and the light from outside woke me. I mostly tried going back to sleep with little luck and then woke-up to the scheduled alarm. There was no chance for sleeping much past it as I had to get in for work very soon. It was also at that moment I came to the realization that I felt much better from the pain in my arm and not having to be so careful with it. I was tougher to get out of bed this morning which was strange considering I got more sleep than usual but I do still have some catching-up to do. Yes I had very little sleep the previous night, I assume somewhere around 3 hours of actual sleep which was not good. As for the weather this morning like yesterday it had finally changed, for over a week it's been miserable and dark looking, but while today it was still a lot brighter yesterday still seemed to promise a better day. Since I had work to be in for soon after waking-up there was no time to get any basic chores done, there was time for breakfast but I decided to skip that and will instead get something at work. I noticed the 2 phones I'm interested in are finally available for purchase, these are only in-case of a emergency replacement, which of course will happen at some point. I looked at the specs from the phone I use now vs the ones I wanted, yesterday I noticed there was a phone priced somewhere in the middle these price ranges offering some better specs on what matters to me more and so I will be purchasing that one instead. Once my free time was up I got changed and left for work, on the way I expected the weather to be better but instead it started to look cloudy and miserable again, it even started to rain slightly. When I arrived to work I finally saw my my colleague who had been doing he's training on being able to get the extra work set for us, he admitted to me how difficult the work is and how he should be getting more help. I didn't get around to asking him but I want to know now if he will quit wanting anything to do with that part the job? I didn't get the chance to speak with him about this as many were talking about fathers day how it's a sad having to work rather than being with family. Looking over the tasks for this week my name is on 2 of them, one task I was not particularly pleased about but actually.. it turned out to be a great time saver. Well the only reason for this is because by some miracle I noticed that whoever was in yesterday already started doing part of it. I would say over 50% of it was already done and so I decided to work on that today before it gets undone and I would have to do the whole thing. Later I noticed the guy who deals with the extra work, I was surprised to see him as I didn't expect there to be any today, turns out I was wrong and it would be ready soon which is annoying because I wouldn't be able to get away before it would be set haha. While we had a few spare moments and more staff arrived there was some discussion on the state of the company, from what was being said it seems we are not doing well, which didn't surprise me to hear. Likely I can see that by the end of next year we will be out of business and myself without work which is not good at all. Before I left work I started to feel very tired could be the early shift or the muggy weather, when I got out it returned to looking brighter which was nice for the way home and it did fill me with a little more energy. This was good as I could get that phone I mentioned earlier, yes it was still in stock and so I was able to purchase one and hopefully not have to think about one for a while now. Soon after getting home I started with getting chores done and for some reason I was in charge of planning out the time to watch a film tomorrow with friends. In this case I think they should of looked into this as I'm working for the weekend while they have it off work haha. As for Steemit.com there as been talks about doing PR for the site which as all been done before and while in one way adding more people could help the value of Steem I still believe it would be better to try and educate those who are already with us. And I don't mean education on creating better content but rather on how the site and the token is valued. Again not by it's content but instead by holding Steem, buying etc. Others are working on updating the look of the Steemit.com website to something more "modern" I was very worried about this but the changes aren't anything drastic. As continued proof that we work towards getting more money into Steem "rising it's value" on June 10th, 2024 we reached a total of 58.000 Steem ✔. Onwards there as been mostly promises of war happening everywhere, more countries are slowly getting and warning their citizens to prepare for war. Such a war in this day and age will be devastating and so we must continue to work to remain at peace and not fight in wars that don't belong to us. Work hard, try to hold it together, sometimes we can't and that's ok too.. Let yourself know this first off. After that "Pace" yourself, even in the mist of the storm you can make it. Before we finish I would like to ask if anybody can recommend any website to watch movies or series for free without a VPN or a download site, a upvote will be sent if it's good.
