Good day Steemian and welcome, this is more than just a price update on the Steem cryptocurrency for 2/7/2024, under the hood it's been a 7 year project.
I have been posting the Steem price update since almost the very beginning of Steemit.com back in 2016 along with other content, plus I have attended many Steem official events and represented Steem at smaller events.
Many have came here to discuss the daily Steem price and recent Steemit changes for over 7 years.

There as never been a single power down made on this account since that time "7 years", our mission is to retain and rise the price of Steem for the benefit of us all. We do this by not only holding STEEM but by also buying into STEEM from time to time. All this rises the price of STEEM meaning your investment goes up in value and so does your earned rewards.

I'm sure we all want a better future for Steem and so casting your upvote here keeps Steem locked to raise it's value for us all. Most of the players in the crypto sphere are only here for some quick and shady profits before they just decide to get up and disappear but we have been here for the long run and would like to see Steem remained a strong and reliable token.

June 2024-Bitcoin reached over "70.000" again on June 4th and so the high season isn't done just yet. Likely you have witnessed some of the many bearish traps for investors to try and navigate this season. And so who knows when the bullrun will be truly over, I mention bitcoin because it can be a indication on the direction that Steem will follow. However not a lot of movement from our own token this time round compared to previous years which is very sad. Perhaps we have to be more patient, as some wait on another possible alt coin rally, Steem did almost double since it's bottom and while that was something to celebrate we done much better in the past. What this does mean is that Steem itself is essentially still wide open price wise for the smart and smaller investors💰. Last night I went to sleep just past the usual late hour which is disappointing, this was mostly due to reading a post likely by a delusional woman who is convinced she's got a skin disease and that she's spreading to everybody who comes into close contact with her. Those so called experts have looked over her and said it's not possible however who really knows diseases can mutate and she could be on to something. Also I thought that because of some recent cleaning made on the computer that it would be up for handling all tasks given, but the other night it this was clear that it was not the case. This is fine as next time I divided the work into 3 parts causing very little slowdown. With Steem the other night I was still amazed to discover how many inactive accounts actually still hold Steem tokens which are just sitting in their accounts. Nothing wrong with that, infact this helps to keep the value of Steem from going too low. When I did try to sleep there wasn't any difficulty falling asleep as it was a relatively cooler night, when I did fall asleep I woke-up 1 hour to my scheduled alarm which was because I was receiving messages ...oh and how I wonder who that could be... I tried going back to sleep with little luck, the alarm was set for later to make sure I got enough sleep for the night, but I did continue to rest past it for a little longer than I wanted. As for the weather this morning it's returned to being mostly a cloudy looking day, it's very dark with no sunshine. Temperature wise it remains cooler this morning which was very nice, it's still nicely warm but I think today it might get even cooler. Since I didn't have work to get in for until later in the day the late start was not much of a problem but I did have some chores I wanted to get done before leaving. As for who was sending me messages it was of course work telling me I would need to stay longer again tonight, they also thankfully told me I would need to stay longer for the next shift. I say thankfully because it's getting annoying that they message me every single work day now about having to stay longer. So I was able to get on with the usual chores getting a decent amount done, once my free time was over I had a quick small breakfast, changed and got ready to leave for work. On the way to work the weather had not improved at all this mostly dark and cloudy but thankfully not cold. When I got into work I saw the guy who deals with the extra work and since I knew today we would be dealing with it I asked him about how it was looking. With him we looked over the stats and I was shocked that I didn't seem like it was that much for me to have to stay longer. However looking over the stats of the extra work for the secondary team they had much more than usual and I guess that's why the superiors decided to have me thee for longer. Just as I was about to start the extra work the superior wanted me to fix some signage which I think was absolutely the wrong moment to be doing that. Due to this we lost nearly 20 mins of work time, but I kept a good eye on the stats today to make sure the team was always were we needed to be and in the end we got it done about 20 minutes early. However the 2nd team for once was lacking behind, still it was time for me to get out of there after I quick tidy-up. As I left for home for the 2nd time I couldn't find any of the signing-out paper work, and so I asked the superior where it was? I was shocked to see they have came to the conclusion we don't need to do it anymore and so removed it, honestly this is great I had been telling them this since it was first introduced. Yes we didn't need to do it in the first place so why introduce another pointless step..?🤷‍♂️ It was only on the way home that the sun had finally managed to appear but while I thought this was likely because of sun-down it was actually the sky itself that was almost all blue clear. Had a phone call from friends telling me about their friends who stayed over, from the sound of things it all went well and they have now left and so I will likely see my friends tomorrow. As for Steemit.com 📊 there as been talks about doing PR for the site which as all been done before and while in one way adding more people could help the value of Steem I still believe it would be better to try and educate those who are already with us. And I don't mean education on creating better content but rather on how the site and the token is valued. Again not by it's content but instead by holding Steem, buying etc. Others are working on updating the look of the Steemit.com website to something more "modern" I was very worried about this but the changes aren't anything drastic. Onwards there as been mostly promises of war happening everywhere, more countries are slowly getting and warning their citizens to prepare for war. Such a war in this day and age will be devastating and so we must continue to work to remain at peace and not fight in wars that don't belong to us. Work hard, try to hold it together, sometimes we can't and that's ok too.. Let yourself know this first off. After that "Pace" yourself, even in the mist of the storm you can make it. Before we finish I would like to ask if anybody can recommend any website to watch movies or series for free without a VPN or a download site, a upvote will be sent if it's good.
