Good day Steemian and welcome, this is more than just a price update on the Steem cryptocurrency for 20/6/2024, under the hood it's been a 7 year project.
I have been posting the Steem price update since almost the very beginning of Steemit.com back in 2016 along with other content, plus I have attended many Steem official events and represented Steem at smaller events.
Many have came here to discuss the daily Steem price and recent Steemit changes for over 7 years.

There as never been a single power down made on this account since that time "7 years", our mission is to retain and rise the price of Steem for the benefit of us all. We do this by not only holding STEEM but by also buying into STEEM from time to time. All this rises the price of STEEM meaning your investment goes up in value and so does your earned rewards.

I'm sure we all want a better future for Steem and so casting your upvote here keeps Steem locked to raise it's value for us all. Most of the players in the crypto sphere are only here for some quick and shady profits before they just decide to get up and disappear but we have been here for the long run and would like to see Steem remained a strong and reliable token.

June 2024-Bitcoin reached over "70.000" again on June 4th and so the high season isn't done just yet thankfully. Likely you have already witnessed some of the many bearish traps for investors to try and navigate this season. So who knows when the bullrun will be truly over, I mention bitcoin because it can be a indication on the direction that Steem will follow. However not a lot of movement from our own token this time round compared to previous years which is very sad. Perhaps we have to be more patient, Steem did almost doubled since it's bottom and while that was something to celebrate we done much better in the past. However that does mean that Steem itself is essentially still wide open price wise for smart and smaller investors💰. Last night I went to sleep way past the usual late hour, silly and disappointing as I was in need of much sleep. This was due to various things, dinner especially took longer to cook and the clear out I was doing also took longer but that was worth it as I thought for the following morning it sped things up. When I did try to sleep it was easy to drift off but I was expecting it to be difficult since I was so over-tired. This was made especially true with my cat knocking on my door when it was time for the human to sleep. The cat will normally do this once or twice and then understand, and yes while the previous 2 nights she continued 5 or 6 times last night after trying twice she was put in another room. When I did fall asleep I woke-up mostly just for my scheduled alarm which is what I want, the alarm was already set for later to make sure I get enough sleep but I continued resting a little past it. As for the weather this morning it continued with being a very bright morning, lot's of sunshine and a nice clear blue sky, you could already feel some of the heat building-up. Since it was a late start to the day and with work to be in for relatively soon there was little time for me to get any basic chores done. I also noticed I received a message from work, which I was expecting for them to say I had to be in earlier or something but instead it was to stay longer due to the extra work. I don't think it will be for much longer and I guess it's not a problem as it's some extra money. While I didn't get everything I wanted done this morning it was still more than I expected. Once my free time was up I spent the rest of what I had to get changed and ready for work. On the way I was warned about the heat outside but to be honest I didn't find it hot especially since it was kind of windy, it was just pleasant. When I arrived to work I was quickly warned about how much there was going to be, me and some other colleagues looked over the stats and honestly I expected worse. By no means was it easy but I thought it was going to be more, nothing was mentioned to me at that point about how long I was going to stay extra and so for the moment I thought it was going to be about 1 hour. The extra work took a little longer to be set than I expected and just before I got started the superior came up to me saying I would need to stay longer as it of course seemed highly doubtful the work would be completed with just 1 extra hour. While this was of course true our team did get screwed over, as it initially looked impossible for us to get this completed on time and so thought we would get help from other staff later who already completed their sections. Well in the end the help never arrived and we had to really push to get in completed on time some how we managed to do this with just over 15 minutes spare. Some in the team were not happy at all with not getting the extra help but I'm not too bothered as it means extra money for me. Before leaving yesterday I felt like something had taken place, not only was the superior in the morning watching a lot of CCTV but she was also in a meeting questioning staff about other staff. Today those same staff were in and nothing was said so hopefully everything is ok. When it came to leaving today we were all knackered from the work and I was surprised by how sunny it still was out. There was still a lot of people around because of this weather which kind of annoyed me as I hoped it would be quieter by this time because I wanted to go get some shopping done. Well all I wanted was to go and get new shoes for work, I took my time and when I got there it was still a little busy but people were beginning to leave. Like this I was easily able to find what I was looking for and was able to leave for home in good time for the night. As for Steemit.com there as been talks about doing PR for the site which as all been done before and while in one way adding more people could help the value of Steem I still believe it would be better to try and educate those who are already with us. And I don't mean education on creating better content but rather on how the site and the token is valued. Again not by it's content but instead by holding Steem, buying etc. Others are working on updating the look of the Steemit.com website to something more "modern" I was very worried about this but the changes aren't anything drastic. Onwards there as been mostly promises of war happening everywhere, more countries are slowly getting and warning their citizens to prepare for war. Such a war in this day and age will be devastating and so we must continue to work to remain at peace and not fight in wars that don't belong to us. Work hard, try to hold it together, sometimes we can't and that's ok too.. Let yourself know this first off. After that "Pace" yourself, even in the mist of the storm you can make it. Before we finish I would like to ask if anybody can recommend any website to watch movies or series for free without a VPN or a download site, a upvote will be sent if it's good.
