Good day Steemian and welcome, this is more than just a price update on the Steem cryptocurrency for 23/6/2024, under the hood it's been a 7 year project.
I have been posting the Steem price update since almost the very beginning of Steemit.com back in 2016 along with other content, plus I have attended many Steem official events and represented Steem at smaller events.
Many have came here to discuss the daily Steem price and recent Steemit changes for over 7 years.

There as never been a single power down made on this account since that time "7 years", our mission is to retain and rise the price of Steem for the benefit of us all. We do this by not only holding STEEM but by also buying into STEEM from time to time. All this rises the price of STEEM meaning your investment goes up in value and so does your earned rewards.

I'm sure we all want a better future for Steem and so casting your upvote here keeps Steem locked to raise it's value for us all. Most of the players in the crypto sphere are only here for some quick and shady profits before they just decide to get up and disappear but we have been here for the long run and would like to see Steem remained a strong and reliable token.

June 2024-Bitcoin reached over "70.000" again on June 4th and so the high season isn't done just yet thankfully. Likely you have already witnessed some of the many bearish traps for investors to try and navigate this season. So who knows when the bullrun will be truly over, I mention bitcoin because it can be a indication on the direction that Steem will follow. However not a lot of movement from our own token this time round compared to previous years which is very sad. Perhaps we have to be more patient, Steem did almost doubled since it's bottom and while that was something to celebrate we done much better in the past. However that does mean that Steem itself is essentially still wide open price wise for smart and smaller investors💰. Last night I went to sleep just past the usual late hour which is disappointing after the previous night doing so much better. This was due to a few things, dinner took longer..well actually it was making the dessert after dinner that took longer and after that I was taking too long with some picture hunting. When I did try to sleep it was relatively easy to drift off which surprised me as I was expecting it to be more difficult since I was over-tired. It also helped that there was no cat knocking on my door when it was time for the human to sleep, not because she was out as she had just been in my room before it was bed time. When I did fall asleep I woke-up hours before the alarm, I think I got too hot and the brightness from outside was waking me as I kept trying to go back to sleep with little success. I think also there was some anxiety that I might miss the alarm, eventually I woke-up to my scheduled alarm which is what I wanted, the alarm was set for earlier to make sure I get up on time for work. As for the weather this morning it's returned to being very bright with lots of warm sunshine and a lovely blue sky. The temperature was strangely a bit hot and cold which is why I think I kept waking up. It was a earlier start to the day as I had to be in work very soon. There was time to get breakfast but I will get something at work, between that and with work to be in for relatively soon there was little time for me to get any basic chores done. Once my free time was up I spent the rest of it getting changed and ready for work. On the way I took the trash with me to dispose, there was not much as it was just some stuff from yesterday, the sky was very clear with a bit of indication it might get warmer. When I arrived in work the new girl was also just arriving, I didn't know she was driving there, we had a chance to speak a little more this time as I think we have only spoke twice before. She seems a little shy but definitely very friendly, it wasn't a great start as we was greeted with a ton of work even the superior was not happy having "a skeleton team" when considering how much work needed doing. And so it didn't take long for the superior to start telling people they needed to work extra today, and guess what.. did they tell me to stay? Surprisingly no! But this is likely because I already done extra yesterday, it was initially very busy and I'm very thankful some colleagues stayed to work longer or we would of been screwed. When it settled later I checked the weekly task sheet and was put down for 2 tasks, one of them I done last week and not happy to be doing it again this week. There was a lot for me to organise on my floor from yesterdays extra work, but since it was so busy I took my time sorting the things out which I actually got more done than I expected. Later in shift I was getting annoyed with the team down below as there was a guy who clearly needed help or actually should I say "he needed some direction" but everybody was ignoring it until I went down to help. Seems they finally took notice as the superior also jumped in to help, like this I was able to get back to my floor and keep things under control. It was a bit of a messy day but it could of been worse, I texted my friends saying I was going to leave work on time and if they still wanted to meet? But they are apparently stuck working on reports for work and so can't. This was more than fine by me as I have enough to get on with at home and so left work feeling a little weird that I was able to get away when clearly they was going to need help. Once out it was clearly a very hot beautiful day and so I took the long way home, I was going to go the even longer way after but with what I was wearing I was feeling too hot and so decided against it as I don't want to get unwell. When I got home I was able to get on with some basic chores for the day and since my friends are busy with work "on their day off" I won't be going online later to see if any of them will come on which means I was able to get more done. As for Steemit.com there as been talks about doing PR for the site which as all been done before and while in one way adding more people could help the value of Steem I still believe it would be better to try and educate those who are already with us. And I don't mean education on creating better content but rather on how the site and the token is valued. Again not by it's content but instead by holding Steem, buying etc. Others are working on updating the look of the Steemit.com website to something more "modern" I was very worried about this but the changes aren't anything drastic. Onwards there as been mostly promises of war happening everywhere, more countries are slowly getting and warning their citizens to prepare for war. Such a war in this day and age will be devastating and so we must continue to work to remain at peace and not fight in wars that don't belong to us. Work hard, try to hold it together, sometimes we can't and that's ok too.. Let yourself know this first off. After that "Pace" yourself, even in the mist of the storm you can make it. Before we finish I would like to ask if anybody can recommend any website to watch movies or series for free without a VPN or a download site, a upvote will be sent if it's good.
