Good day Steemian and welcome, this is more than just a price update on the Steem cryptocurrency for 28/6/2024, under the hood it's been a 7 year project.
I have been posting the Steem price update since almost the very beginning of Steemit.com back in 2016 along with other content, plus I have attended many Steem official events and represented Steem at smaller events.
Many have came here to discuss the daily Steem price and recent Steemit changes for over 7 years.

There as never been a single power down made on this account since that time "7 years", our mission is to retain and rise the price of Steem for the benefit of us all. We do this by not only holding STEEM but by also buying into STEEM from time to time. All this rises the price of STEEM meaning your investment goes up in value and so does your earned rewards.

I'm sure we all want a better future for Steem and so casting your upvote here keeps Steem locked to raise it's value for us all. Most of the players in the crypto sphere are only here for some quick and shady profits before they just decide to get up and disappear but we have been here for the long run and would like to see Steem remained a strong and reliable token.

June 2024-Bitcoin reached over "70.000" again on June 4th and so the high season isn't done just yet. Likely you have witnessed some of the many bearish traps for investors to try and navigate this season. And so who knows when the bullrun will be truly over, I mention bitcoin because it can be a indication on the direction that Steem will follow. However not a lot of movement from our own token this time round compared to previous years which is very sad. Perhaps we have to be more patient, as some wait on another possible alt coin rally, Steem did almost double since it's bottom and while that was something to celebrate we done much better in the past. What this does mean is that Steem itself is essentially still wide open price wise for the smart and smaller investors💰. Last night I went to sleep just past the usual late hour which is disappointing, this was mostly due to watching a video on scary things that have happened to people when they are out trying to do some camping/hiking in the woods. Great to watch but not when it's so late at night just as your about to go and try to sleep as it will keep you awake being all creeped out haha. When I did try to sleep there was some difficulty because of how hot it was in my room but the strange thing is it quickly started to get cooler, even to the point I hand to get under the cover, but of course this eventually made it easier to fall asleep. When I did fall asleep I woke-up a few minutes before my scheduled alarm, I tried going back to sleep with little luck and so decided I was going to start the day. The alarm was set for later to make sure I got enough rest and so it started to ring, but I did continued to rest past it only for a tiny bit longer. As for the weather this morning it's slightly more cloudy making that sunshine not as bright, it's still a mostly a blue sky making me think it's still going to get warmer later. The temperature had definitely dropped thankfully but it was still very warm and I suspect later it will continue. What also woke me up this morning was a message that I received which I'm sure was likely from work, they have been sending me messages lately almost everyday. Yesterday the received message was from the phone company but this morning I was not so lucky, it was from work saying again I will need to stay for longer, well I can't complain I guess more money. And so I started on getting as many chores done as I could, once my free time was up I went for a quick small breakfast before changing and getting ready for work. On the way it was just slightly warmer than I had expected, I changed back to what I would normally wear and it was basically just about fine. Once I got to work the same guy who should of stayed longer to help last time was there again making he's early escape, which I joked with him about as he said it had been so long since he had last seen me. This was him trying to be funny as we spoke only 2 days ago, and while I gave him some stick about not staying for longer today I felt a little bad as I discovered soon after he had been working on he's own without help. Since my boss already messaged me earlier I knew there was going to be a lot of the extra work to get done, so looking over the stats while there was a lot to get done this time it was at least a good size of less work when compared to the other 2 previous times. It was also definitely cooler on my floor making it much easier to work and get through all that needs to be done. Like last time once or twice I did think we might not get the work completed on time, but again with no extra help me and the rest of the team got it completed, nearly with 30 minutes still left to spare. As I was leaving there was some arguing between colleagues about who would stay like a extra 10 minutes to help the superior. Since they were acting like children I shouted at them because nobody was listening that I would stay. Some of them looked at me for a few seconds and continued arguing, at that point I knew they were being even more childish, and so as they continued to argue I put myself down to stay. Eventually they stopped arguing and one of them even thanked me for staying as I guess he was pretending he had somewhere important to be. Anyway like I said it was about 10 minutes extra which I hope to get paid for and then I was able to get out and enjoy the sundown as I made my way home with the weather still being very pleasant. One of my colleagues who as just cut off all he's hair due to the heat looked so different, to the point he looked like a thug haha! Which I think is why he mentioned one of the girls giving him some bad stares👀, likely she didn't recognize him and thought he might of been a thief👤 in our building lol. There was a ton to get done and the superiors are seriously expecting miracles from us lately. Like I mentioned last time the team were not happy with the lack of support. Well at least on the way home I didn't get stopped by anybody, yes the other day I took the longer way home and unfortunately this car stopped me and lowered it's window down. The guy in the car was basically asking me to provide him with drugs to which I of course told him the truth "that I didn't have any" but he kept on insisting. Eventually I left him but honestly it angers me that I can't even go out for a walk in the sun after work without being pestered by these people. I wish I knew what it was about me that gave him the idea I was out selling drugs. I guess because I'm male, with phone in hand, carrying a bag and so I must be a seller 🤷‍♂️ I wonder how many times this year I will visit the large parks to be with friends or to just enjoy nature but be pestered to provide drugs.. As for Steemit.com 📊 there as been talks about doing PR for the site which as all been done before and while in one way adding more people could help the value of Steem I still believe it would be better to try and educate those who are already with us. And I don't mean education on creating better content but rather on how the site and the token is valued. Again not by it's content but instead by holding Steem, buying etc. Others are working on updating the look of the Steemit.com website to something more "modern" I was very worried about this but the changes aren't anything drastic. Onwards there as been mostly promises of war happening everywhere, more countries are slowly getting and warning their citizens to prepare for war. Such a war in this day and age will be devastating and so we must continue to work to remain at peace and not fight in wars that don't belong to us. Work hard, try to hold it together, sometimes we can't and that's ok too.. Let yourself know this first off. After that "Pace" yourself, even in the mist of the storm you can make it. Before we finish I would like to ask if anybody can recommend any website to watch movies or series for free without a VPN or a download site, a upvote will be sent if it's good.
