There is no better way to connect with my audience that to follow my audience. Steemit is really special that I can develop a close relationship with my audience by following and commenting/responding. It is important to stay in touch and acknowledge each other's ideas, beliefs, and perspectives in this diverse space.

I know. Just this morning, I saw an article in my feed about some airdrops. I haven't had the time to read it, but I saved the link and will check it out later. There is all kind of interesting things that don't normally stay on the hot page.

I must be an idiot. I really think that following anyone depends on what they write. I actually like...like minded people, and those who have great or even good content... I must be a rare or stupid breed...
It is each person's choice and preference. I have found some really great articles that pops up in my feed that I wouldn't have been able to find otherwise. Just because they can't stay on the hot page doesn't mean that they are not good.
oh I agree, I just like to weed out those I follow, I'm not religious in any way, so if someone was writing religious posts...why would i follow them? Or, why would they follow me, if I was posting athiest things...
@skiponline I think I agree, and to follow is I feel to actually read some of the followed's posts. I try to keep up with all my replies, and some times I go looking in my followers to see what those I haven't followed yet have actually posted. There are many who post videos. I don't watch video's and can hardly follow if I can't read the content. (to make a video one would have thought the maker had a script, so, why not post transcript also¿) and others are talking Cryptocurrencies, as well as those you mentioned who are so religious, I wouldn't want to make any comment too in case I were to upset their belief structure. 😂

I agree and follow the same philosophy. I follow many more people than follow me and I try to follow every1 back who follows me :)
