Look at that, I am growing my following 50 at a time fairly quickly.
Next goal is 450 :)
Weather you want to make money, lose fat, gain muscle, or simply want to accomplish a goal, you have to go forward one day at a time. Nothing happens overnight...but if you started last year imagine how much you could of accomplished in 365 days, so just imagine how much you can accomplish by next year :)
