We'll be putting out a post in the next day or so on verification. It will include when verification should be asked for. Until then check out the beginning of this @steemcleaners report.

While you don't have to use our post I would recommend following the main guidelines and respect a user's right to anonymity. Those asking for, and especially those demanding verification if it isn't warranted could be flagged by @steemcleaners.

    Perfect! A link! I'm collaborating with #steemprentice to put together a standard introduction post that #projectnewbie curators can share with new users. We'll definitely link to your post on verification. Is there any other information @steemcleaners would love every new user to have?
