STEEMIT.com is a great site but it can be confusing and a bit tedious to add images to your posts when using a mobile phone. This guide will walk you through using “postimage.org” to store your pictures and will show you how to use it to add images to your post and to upload your profile picture and cover images
Let's Get Started
Signup on postimage.org to get access to the site.
After obtaining your password login into the site with your email and password.
Navigate to upload images.
=====> Then chose the gallery name you want to upload the image to on postimage.org, by default it's on default and tap on CHOSE IMAGE.
======>You can Browse Files on your mobile device to chose the image you want to upload and tap on it.
=======> Once you tap on the image it will start uploading automatically to the postimage.org website.
=======> You can upload as many images as you want by tapping on upload another image.
=======> After uploading all your images… navigate to IMAGES on postimage.org menu.
=======> Tap on the gallery name in which you uploaded your images to.
========> Click on the SHARE ICON on the image itself to reveal another sub-menu
=========> Next click on the copy icon on Direct Link to copy the image link to your clipboard.
========> You can Past the image link you copied to your **Steemit Post, Profile Picture or Cover Image **
Like magic, the image will appear in the preview area of the text editor. Keep in mind that this guide assumes you are in the markdown editor, not the fancy HTML editor. I hope this guide helps someone.
STEEM On!
How are you? Steemitcorper, In case this has been your first Introdusemyself Post i'm here to welcome you to Steemit. I hope you have a lot of fun here and you may follow me. Have a great time @rightuppercorner
Very interesting! I looked at your profile and noticed that you have made a fresh account so I wanted to personally welcome you. Have one upvote from me and I hope you will some day do the same!
Getting those big upvotes on a new account can be a daunting task, believe me, so I suggest you to try out @MinnowPowerUp as you can earn up to 30% more steem power than just powering up with steem directly! It's a subscription based daily upvote bot that draws its power from a delegation pool. I have more info on my experience with the system in this post where I explain how I earn over $1 a day from upvotes.
Congratulations @steemitcorper! You have completed some achievement on Steemit and have been rewarded with new badge(s) :
Award for the number of upvotes
Click on any badge to view your own Board of Honor on SteemitBoard.
