How do I create a Steemit account?
If you don't have a Steemit account, you can create one in a few steps:
1 . Go to http://www.steemit.com
Click "Sign Up".
Fill out your email address , check "I'm not a robot" and click "CONTINUE"
You'll need to confirm your email
you'll need to confirm your mobile phone number.
Select Country Code, Phone Number and Click "CONTINUE"
Confirmation code: 1295
Fill out confirmation code and Click "CONTINUE"
Fill out "Account Name", "Generated password", "Re-enter Generated password".
Check "I understand that Steemit cannot recover lost passwords."
Check "I have securely saved my generated password."
Click "CREATE ACCOUNT"
My account has been successfully created!
2 . If you already have a Steemit account, you can log into your account by entering your User name and password and clicking Log In.
Login to my Steem Account
Should change that link to http://www.steemit.com/?r=steemitfaucet
No rewards now, but it will be a thing later

Commenting so I can re-find the syntax on that referral/not referral link. Saw it a month ago, heard it was in steemd.com, but couldn't find it anywhere. Thanks :)
I have tried to help multiple people create an account and every time we get to phone number (four different unique numbers of people who didn't even know what steemit was) we enter the number, it texts the code, we enter the code and get a screen that says "phone number has already been used".
I believe this has to be some sort of glitch in the system for it to happen with 4 different numbers?
So . . .I bought some steem, figured out how to load it into my account and used the pay to create (6 steem currently @$1.57USD) to create their accounts for them and then showed them how to change the password.
No idea where to go to get an answer to this riddle so I am posting it here. Anyone?

What was steemit like a year ago
I cant login my account.My account user name is not shown spellings are correct the option is given to check the spellings kindly help me out of this
i signed up for steemit account 8 days back, still haven't received an mail from them. Even checked my spam. I paid to get this account.
Do have any idea about that?
Can someone else get another registered and send every codes to the owner of the account???
