@ned I have a very strong background with this and much more, and have build a large following on all social media for our ExploreTraveler brand. Over five years of experience, and I'm sure we can work out an exchange of resources, and help grow the Steemit brand. Email John Gentry @ exploretraveler@gmail.com if you are interested.

Too late! You should have got a professional half a year ago.
You would have saved yourself, now its almost fubar.

Anything available in the Support area? (Support Manager, QA, Team Lead, Support rep. etc.?)

yes, this is a great move forward. I'll share this on my Linkedin feed and other places.

Welcome Alex !

Great to see this! :)

I might just need to apply :)

Thanks Daddy! ;)

Is there a proof somewhere that this is really Steemit's account and not a fake?

Have you received any applicants yet? Since I missed this originally, I was thinking of writing a blog to give this more exposure, you could keep the SBD's of course. I only saw this after just glancing through the promoted area.

I saw this post because @stellabelle posted it on Facebook or I would have missed it. It seems like most people didn't saw that post.

We have had a few applicants and will continue to post positions here and through other mediums. We've also added a "Careers" section if you click the Hamburger on the upper right hand portion of the screen. We definitely appreciate the thought and most certainly wouldn't stop you if you felt compelled to write a blog!

Ned I've noticed your postings and ideas lately, but I haven't had a chance to respond. First, thank you for everything you do.

Dan's recent up-vote on someone differing from my opinion, convinces me that maybe the free market is working here.

You're working on systems that further improve the system. If minnows could recieve partial gains for in-behalf voting, they could help whales find more contend, even if whale votes were split into 10,000 votes worth $1 each. There is so much original stuff out there, sometimes better than the well-paid stuff they inspire.

When it comes to vests, if someone is powering-down, the system could simply freeze 5% of their total voting-power, rather than punishing them for powering-down.

hey @ned, I think this site has a lot of potential, just needs help with the new users. If there is any openings for remote work to curate or create specific content, please let me know. I can make the schedule for it and you can pay in SP.

I think having someone in this role should definitely help take things forward:)

@ned you only want applicants who are physically located in VA?

Or who are willing to relocate but yes, our preference is that this is a local position that can interact in the office with the team daily. If you've got the qualifications though, please send your resume in!
