For Those Who Don't Always Want To Drink The Steemit Kool-Aid

in #steemit6 years ago (edited)

There's a vast difference between being genuinely positive about what makes Steemit great, and choosing to pretend the issues that suffocate the ecosystem's growth aren't just as important.

People don't read as much as they used to, so I'll let a fitting picture do the talking.

The irony is that people simply don't want to hear or accept the truth of where the majority of the daily rewards pool goes.

I'd love to see the daily distribution of Steem per account to make it crystal clear how lopsided this reward system is. Naturally those who abuse the system wouldn't be too thrilled about that. I really find it hard to invest in a system where greed is proven to prevail without any recourse, except flags no one dares touch because they'll be thrown to the wolves.

Does such an aggregate report or archived webpage exist?
