I'm not getting involved in the disputes here. I'm just trying to build a following of people who are interested in my posts. I've been lucky to make a few bucks doing that. It seems you need the right connections to consistently get onto the trending page. Maybe that will change in the long term, or they will change the rules of how that page works.
