I've not seen much hate speech hear, but there are plenty of people abusing the system for personal gain. I do what I can to redistribute the rewards to those who deserve them. Than can involve flagging

I try to ignore the hate speech but there is a lot still - maybe a German thing or simply different political opinions. You do great in flagging spammers - they became also less recently - hardly see them on my posts anymore.
A lot of the spam in under the radar now. They comment on obscure posts and get them voted up. We still find them
