First is a shot of your vote before my post was worth 20 steem, notice your vote value, $2.22.

Now a shot after I used tipu to boost my post over the 20 steem payout threshold. Again notice you vote value, $2.57.

Makes absolutely no sense. How this will help new users is beyond me. Hold on, I might be wrong. It will help new users, it'll help them come and go in real hurry when they realize wtf is going on :/
