Floods

Rainy season that hit the country to make some areas that have been flooded rain for days. River water flows and the inability of culverts and sewers due to clogged garbage create a flood that has not subsided to this day. In addition to flooding, hilly areas also experienced landslides that many roads were forced to close for fear of endangering the people who cross the road.

Human factors are indeed causing more flooding. Lacking community care to the environment by littering and logging irresponsibly is a classic factor that is not lost. Prevention has been done by the government to build controlling DAMs in the upper reaches of the river and absorption so that water does not fall too quickly in the same time to the mainland. Water inside the control dam must be intensively grounded. However, improvement and development must also be balanced with the community's concern for nature itself. Environment is part of our lives. So, we should also keep our environment clean. Handling and recycling of waste should be encouraged. In addition, tree planting should also continue to be done and treated.
