I'm @thecrytotrader i always want to make friends so that i can help them if they found any problems,so that's why today iam going to write such a detailed analysis of what i feel in these 7 days of my joining on steemit and iam happy i made $120-$130 in just my first week, but I see many of my friends are struggling only to get some reputation on steemit but they failed and also not get regular followers on steemit,so in this post i tell you some tips that i applied and get good results,i hope that will help you too,
So that's my 1st point (first know who you are and why are you here on steemit).

2.Reputation! Reputation! Reputation!!!

Friends this the most crucial thing for all of us because our reputation shows other steemit users that how worthy we are,
If our reputation level is low the big whales are not even open the post if they see one,and if we have a good reputation score that will increase our chances to catch the eyes of other good power users,
So friends always post good content so that your reputation level will increase and you are going to recognise by steemit members.

3.How To Increase Your Reputation?

Friends there is no short cuts for this thing,we have to work hard,give our post more attractive look by good photos, always post new and good content which have your own flavour of writing,
In the starting no one will even comment on your good work but you have to keep your work on because we don't got famous over night here,so we have to maintain our quality and keep working on after some time you will see the difference that you got your first ever 20-50 upvotes on a single post,so for that you have to work hard and maintain your consistency.

4.Be Friendly With Your Followers:-

The main reason of upvotes and comments that you received on your posts are the relationship of you with your followers,try to give them the respect that they deserve, always being ahead to solve their problems, always try to answer their comments in time so that they are going to be positive about you and start reading and upvoting your every posts and also take their advice seriously because they only say a thing to you when they found you can make it even better,so try to listen your followers always.

5.Always Choose The Title Wisely:-

Friends this is a part that we all have to give proper time to decide,"OUR TITLE" because it's give the first impression to the reader,for whether open the post or not,so always apply this principle"FIRST IMPRESSION IS THE LAST IMPRESSION".

6.Choose Best Time To Post Your Articles:-

Always post your articles when very less posts are posting frequently,you can see this in new post section,bcz we are small users if we post in peak time when so many users​ are active,we don't get the attention of the other users,so choose posting time wisely.

7.always select best photos that supports your article:-

Friends if you write a good long article but not add photos in that,this will make the reader's bored because pictures are gain more attention and reader's not going to be bored​ in reading long articls.

8.learn to be more patient:-

Don't be impatient if you found that your posts​ are not getting the attention that they deserve, because you are new here there is no reason for another users to give their time and support to you yet,so be patient and gain reputation first.

9.Aim For New:-

Try to post some diffrent articles from the other steemit users,so that other users found your post interesting and they will follow you,keep the new thing or your special touch in your posting always so that you can gain you diffrent place in steemit.

10.take care of the minnows too:-

I know the minnows don't have much voting power as compared to big whale users but the combined voting power of them easily attracts the big wales to your post,so that you gain some real reputation and income.

11.Last But Not The Least:-
Always try to be original be creative and try to work more hard,keep your followers happy so that you got the real value of your content.
