Your reputation is because of your Followers,

And your earnings also because of your Followers.

So in steemit your Followers are equally important as your content.

So how we make someone to follow you because no one follow others until they get something in return to follow you.

So in steemit every new user wants some attention by the high Reputation users,and if you give your attention to their hard work and appreciate them for that there is a 90% chance,that user going to follow you.so give your attention to the new users hard work also and appreciate them for their hard work,

But what is a new user get in return??

Simply they get attention of a good ranking user so they get good rewards in the form of upvotes,and if higher ranking users find their post good then they maybe resteem their post and that will be a superb kick start for the new users.
So by this new users also got more attention to their hard work and good content.

And if you are a new user then my friend don't expect that you got higher Reputation Followers in your beginning until you gain some good reputation,and for that always try to post best content that shows everyone your worth,

So that's why i suggest to all New users to write only good and original content because we don't know, your which post makes $250 or more.and always remember this,

It is not easy for anyone to got high amount of Followers at the beginning but if you try by giving everything that you got in you,

You will definitely achieve your dreams and Followers also.
