Steemit is paying me just a few cents, but i'm ok with it

I've have seen a lot of people saying that they get almost nothing with steemit and crying for not have been rewarded enough for their hard work.
Steemit is the first social media that truely shares its value with the community as it grows with it. It very diferent from traditional social media such as facebook which use your data as value for just a few shareholders, not their community. So, I think steemit has the potential to grow a lot as a new way share in social media becuase its value gets back to the people who creates it.
I'm not new in this community, but I have been away for a while. Now, I have powered up some steems I had with me to start to make content again. However, I know I'm not going to make money as fast as some people here think they gonna make. It's the hard truth that you must know before getting in thinking you're gonna be rich in a few days.
In short, you have to really be part of steemit and participate in its development by interacting with its members and giving the best that you have. It's a hard work process where everyone benefits from it.

This is true. The best benefit of all is that we are all being super creative and really working our brains for creative means. That has got to be a good thing right :). I am back writing again, I used to love writing until it was something that I just kept putting off telling myself that I would return to it 'someday'.
It doesn't have to niggle at my mind anymore. & when you know the potential is there to be rewarded it makes it even more worthwhile!
Wow, that's exactly how i feel about steemit. I love the way i put things in my writing, but never had the stimulus to do it. Now, I can't stop thinking about posting things i like the most. It's a way to put my ideas into practice and be more creative. Thanks for sharing this with me.
Sometimes I tell myself that Steemit is just broken that the upvotes ain't working hahaha :) Either way!.. It doesn't matter too much as its good for me to write ,at least I won't be thinking how much I should go back to writing again :)- keep going and dont give up :D
Welcome back @thhiggi! A lot of people are just used to complaining and never happy. You pay them, it's not enough. You don't pay, why don't you pay. There's always something. I suppose the community will eventually grow to a size that people who are in it only for money will slowly fall away. Upvoted and followed. Looking forward to more posts from you
Yeah, i think the same as you. That's good for steemit. These people need to be shaken out.
People sharing and not getting censored is important. I love Steemit.
We still have much to learn from this community. I'm just starting a long relationship. thanks.
