encouraging a whole lot!!! i have personally gotten people to join when they realise they are not making much money and they leave....i have a personal blog and i remember some days there would be no views at all but i kept on with it because i loved it and now sometimes it has hundreds of views... similar way i started my instagram account....so people really should know that with blogging or even anything in life you take a step at a time and eventually the hard work will pay off
That's exactly true. Some people don't have the work ethic to keep working. Those of us that have seen the potential are starting to reap the great sense of satisfaction we get from this wonderful platform.
