whales voting for each other's articles in steem, how fair is that?

You need different distribution for what you want to build and not unfair distribution of $ that only go to friends of friends who communicate in private channel in slack to announce they are going to post a blog so the whale friends can vote and reply to their the blogs and then create replies of replies to get more $$$$$$

How can it be the same bloggers get all the $ in their blogs and some of them boring, ordinary or moderate quality; neither good nor bad while on the other hand the best stories are lost in the limbo of steem.

Please you need moderators, judges and real artist who can give legitimate decent votes for the best stories not for the worst stories. Please change the way this is going if not you will disappear but of course full of $ in yours , whales and whales' friends pockets
