$.01 For Each Upvote
If you don't know about this site, you should.
http://www.steemdollar.com/dollar_per_vote.php?nam is a great site to look at when you want to know your voting power. It tells you how much steem a user gets when you upvote their content 1 time. Realize that for every upvote you give, your 'voting power (percentage)' goes down slightly.
I have finally made it to being able to give people $.01 for each upvote I give. I consider this to be a pretty big deal, as I remember how many times my upvote didn't change the post's value from $.00.

Awesome! I remember when my upvotes started to actually show a change in value. It is now on 0.02/0.03, depending on how far I drain my voting percentage (it's at a terrible place now).

One final thing...re voting % does it come back at end of day or does it gradually dwindle down to zero?
I believe it goes back to 100% in the span of 24 hours
