In fact this is bad, but the 'poor' people from steemit need this sbd for have a good compensation when convert to steem then SP.
Would be nice, create a kind of tax that get some of rewards from the whales who DOESN'T help the minnows, red fishes and planktons.
If it's help them no tax.
