$100,000 for what? answer = for capital

Capital in here it`s means Cash Flow, which is already moving 

Why allways for capital? When buying a house? When buying a new car? When buying a new motorcycle? When buying something cool? 

1.Dont be TOO QUICK to convert the resulf of business into real assets, while being started from the bottom, just enjoy it to multiply the merchandise inventory, make more branches of your store, add more bussines in other sectors, enjoy to managing a cash flow and that is so cool , and finaly unemployed turn into an super busy man who super busy to take care their business.

2.Many people out there using a expensive gadget,vehicle just for style, while they only use a little money for capital. In my opinion this is a inverted mindset, in the logic of business, capital and continue to increase the cash flow is the priority .

3.Business is like having a child, first business, second business, third business. If the first business is enough to meet your needs / your living expenses each month or maybe each year, so second and third business is for other things, example for saving money,open the other business.

4.If you can manage business well, minimal you will get 10%-30% from your capital every each month, that is means you will get your 100% money for 3 - 10 months. From there other people will see you be an bussy man.

5.The core of business is serve and service so that other people willing to spend money to buy your service/product. you can see in arround of the world, there is many succesful business because they have a service,core,and organization which make people use their service, people buy their product, the key is buy and sell, and than broker .

6.The power of financial capital which not supported with a clear decision, not supported with a good human resources, and not supported with a good managing, that`s all will ruin and minimize the capital or the capital will shrink. That is useless even though you have $1.000.000 for the capital, but you didnt know detail of business,didnt know about the key of succesful business. How we can find the key from our business? just start from the bottom, use a minimal capital to find the key,the experience , and if you are professional from there, you can continue increase the capital and again and again and again.

7.A lot of experienced business people are good to turn the wheels of cash flow, from there, that people will try to find another key to reach more succesful or we can say "seek the missing".

8.Busy to look,measure,estimate how much my rivals capital, that will help your rivals to beat you without do anything to you, because you are to busy to see your rivals. From here you must know about law of snow balls, law of snow balss is something hard strunggle, fight the time, fight the era, fight everythings so it become bigger and that means you must focus to your business.

9.People who selling the newspapper can buy a house, people who selling a porridge which open from 6 am to 12 pm can send their childern to overseas, people who selling a crackers now they can property business, people who selling bla bla bla can bla bla bla, all is return to how to manage their business, its about how they can manage their business perfectly. Whatever your business,if you can handle it with perfectly,you can feel the sweet result from it.

10.Do not ever see the style of rich people,a big people who open their business which directly use $1.000.000 or $10.000.000, they have the key,experience and dont forget,maybe that is their tenth business and calculated by their risk management, is like they are in level 10 and you just in level 1 (started),so what will you do? we must past the level 2 then to level 3,level 4,level 5, until you reach the level 10. Succesful business are about step to step , so there is no "INSTANT"
