No matter what, humor usually does the trick. It has always saved me so far and has gotten me through dark times. Talking about polarities ;>)

I'm not gonna follow THIS suggestion! Not that you're giving bad advice when it comes to movies … it's the opposite, however this one is definitely too much for me! :D
