Don't follow the urge to go out and buy the parts immediately. If you can, save even more cash so you don't feel that remorse of not spending a few more bucks on something a lot better. Try watching a couple of budget build YouTube videos from Austin Evans or LinusTechTips to get a feel for what today's parts can handle. I would recommend an unlocked i5, at least 8 gb of RAM, a gtx 1060, and you can configure the rest to your needs. SSDs are definitely worth it because of their read and write speeds, but a regular hard drive like the Western Digital black series works well. That build can get you at least 100 frames in Overwatch at High and 250 frames in CSGO at low. (I prefer frames over looks when playing CS) Hope this helped! :D
