Good. We don't want tyrants choosing who gets how much money. We should all have an even vote (I know, this gives us the problem of bots), which is more fair. The whole point of the bitcoin protocol is the idea of decentralisation and freedom from a central Power. These whales are the central Power.
So should people with large holdings all become inactive once they have enough? If this is the case, the system will never equalize.
