Have you tried hanging your reversed body to the rod? You'll enjoy certainly to try it. It's an achievement because it is harder if we are beginners. Remember that you can only do it if you know how to hold, hang, and reverse. This workout can ease the muscle tension in our arms and legs. It can also add glutes and hamstring, belly abs, and can relax our minds. It prevents injury in every part of our body if we know how to do it. Just make sure you were trained by your fitness coach before trying at home. Challenge yourself to get the shape you want!

Easy Steps For Beginners

  1. Stand up under the pull-up bar while your head is beyond.
  2. Hang yourself to the bar while the two palms of your hands face in front with 2 handbreadths away.
