Week 4: Getting up from a setback
Can anyone win against a crispy fried chicken partnered with spaghetti?
Last week is a bit of a drag. Gaining weight instead of losing while doing a weight loss program is really disappointing. That setback itches through my mind convincing me to give up and go back to my old habits. There are times when all I can see on TV was food. Even when I sleep I dream of food. There was a time where I dream of having a debate with a crispy fried chicken partnered with spaghetti discussing why I should stop what I am doing. To be honest I almost gave in. Luckily, I woke up when I am almost reaching towards the plate and ready to devour it. That dream pissed me off a bit. I keep asking myself, am I that weak to be succumbed by a yummy, delicious and irresistible meal? From that day, I walked and jogged every morning.
I used my sauna suit for light exercises and thank God after the Last week's set back I lost 1.4 kilograms (that is around 3 pounds). It is also official that my weight fluctuation no longer rise up to 100 kilograms. I can also fit on some of my old clothes. Yeeeaaahh!! Below is my happy kid video in Filipino.
Let's keep losing (weight).
