WHAT'S COOKING CHALLENGE | Pan Seared Cod with Kale & Rice

I love @jaynie "What's Cooking Challenge" #whatscookingchallenge!

Dinner tonight was Cod with kale and rice. It was so delish!

I pan seared some Cod. Sauted some shallots, garlic and kale and served it with a bed of rice and topped it with some chopped olives and scallions.

Oooh looks real good! Pan seared cod + rice is definitely my kinda comfy food! Good job on the cooking @kimmiecfields! :) Haha and thanks for the nomination. I shall come out with some cooking post soon!

We don't have cod fish here. Which reminds me to have some fish every other day. Most of the time we eat dried fish for breakfast and we have a lot of those. Your pan seared fish looks good. I bet it smells good too will try pan searing.
