Treasure


The freedom in spirit
when dancing in the sun,
The satisfaction gained
when we engage with our young.
The celebration that comes
when energies are entwined,
Coming together and embracing
all learning that we find.
No hesitation in taking new direction
feeling the motion in each new day.
To be happy and content
with the nature of play.
To witness my children be free
and run wild,
My heart wide open,
all fear and judgement reconciled.
My reality in this moment,
a gift to behold
seeing each second
more valuable then gold.

I consider myself to be a intermediate poet.

Thank you @d-pend for creating this challenge and allowing me to take the time daily to be creative and expressive. I am really happy to have made it this far. I have never had any input with my poetry before, it has always come straight from my heart, on to paper and more recently here on to steemit

            thank you @robyneggs, it sure is getting my brain working and I love taking the time daily to be creative, having 3 kids can make my time seem so short, but taking the time is so good for me right now and so healthy.
