Well, now you have solid physical proof of one of our very large cloaked ships parked over a major city (think Independence Day), preparing for the final evacuation and "other" necessary actions.

Weather radar creates a thin sheet of energy at cloud level, so meteorologists can detect water density in clouds... What you are seeing is one of Lord RayEl's fleet ships parked over Houston, rising up through the cloud layer, and subsequently breaking through the radar sheet, which is why the circle starts out small at the dome of the ship, and spreads out like a donut as the ship passes up through it... It is not "birds going to breakfast" as the very sad and lame cover story suggests.
