Welcome to Steemit Comment Challenge #31. We have pasted the 30 mark and are ready for a new round. Soon we will be up to round number 50. I'm still having an extremely busy time, moving to a new country and starting a new job takes up a lot of time. 😃 And the work with @davemccoy's and my @dustsweeper service has also consumed a considerable amount of time. But I don't want to lose the momentum with this Comment Challenge, so I will do my best to keep the weekly schedule.

We have another cool donation this week. A 3 SBD donation from @sparrowbernard. Please help me thank @sparrowbernard by casting some love-filled upvotes. :)

Please get ready to deliver some magnificent comments! Polish your keyboard and sharpen your mind, I wanna see those comments rolling in. Please show me what you have got!

The #steemitcommentchallenge is partnering with the #newbieresteemday. I'm happy to have them by my side and I try to do my best to support their users. The Newbieresteem initiative is an excellent community for new Steemians. Their motto and this challenge are meant to strengthen interaction skills, to support and motivate better participation. And what better way to interact with others than through excellent comments.

This challenge is all about writing godlike comments.

  • In each challenge a post from a fellow minnow will be featured.
  • The challenge is to write an amazing comment related to that post.

I've not done one of these before @danielsaori. Thanks for the opportunity. 😁

Here's my comment:

I love your drawing @karenthfer. You did a great job with an important topic. Well done!

It reminds me of that quote that the little things are really the big things. That's certainly been my experience.

It's such a shame that so many people go through each day worrying about the past or planning for the future and miss what they already have and what's happening right here and now.

I'm not a big fan of hot chocolate but I do love cake and often post about it on my blog. Some might say a little too often! 😁

Although it always seem to get a lot of discussion going so this particular "little thing" is seemingly enjoyed by many. 😂

I also love the rain but I'm not sure as many people would agree with that one!

Congratulations on winning this week's challenge.
Take care and have a nice weekend.

Thank you so much @danielsaori. I just left a longer message on the other post.

Hope you have a good weekend too. You've certainly started mine off nicely. 😍

Confirmed!
Powerful message indeed. With people too busy thinking about the future and all the "magical" things that could happen, and miss all the small and important aspects of life. For example, the lady in the picture could be standing there waiting for men to rain from the sky. :)

Took me a while to work out what "confirmed!" meant when I saw it in my GINA feed @danielsaori.

Then I saw a reply from @karenthfer and it all fell into place.

I'm currently enjoying the little things. A nice glass of red wine, answering some comments on Stemmit and I'm just about to add a little bit of Netflix to the mix.

Oh and dessert. I mustn't forget dessert. John is right this minute preparing that for me!

Lovely!!!

Hope you're enjoying the little things too! 😍

Here is my entry.

Karen I think you may be selling your self short by not doing black & whites. I also think had this been done in color it would not have been so powerful. We have all heard that we should “Stop to Smell the Roses” , now thanks to you I now have a better understanding of that. Typically I view the rain as a nuisance, or hindering me from achieving the task of the day, but no longer. So Thank you!
BTW I think the simple squared off jaw line is stunning.

Rain is a sign of happiness and love.
Sometime people having these two things but sometime they never have only the one.
As the girl in the picture show how she want to collect love and happiness in a small bucket.
Its related to our life.
Some are lucky for having these things in their life. But they dont know the value of these.
And people who are fail to get these, they want to collect them even they collect every single moment to make their life happy.

Rain give us very deep meaning. As we stand in rain, not every drop of rain fall on us except some of them.
As like life, not every moment and every friend make us happy but the few are.

Happiness is very hard to collect, it is like a bucket in the rain, millions of drops fall from sky but the few are collect by the bucket.

So in our life, a single moment will make our whole life happy or sad. As a single drop of rain fill the bucket. So its our choice what we want to get, and how we make our life.

Confirmed!
When I looked at the picture first I had the same feeling. That the cup was used to collect the raindrops. But then I read the whole text and saw the artist view, where the cup is there to bring warmth and comfort, a contrast to the cold and wet rain on the outside.
But that's the fabulous thing about art, the beauty is in the eye of the beholder. :)

Everything have a lot of faces. And every one have their own ability to look to them.
Its a game of experience.

Woo!!... Thanks so much to all of you!
Especially thanks to @danielsaori for his support, taking my post into this challenge.
I have to admit, it feels so good!! For us minnows, is confortable see that people is touched by our post, even if the monetary reward it is no so high, the replies and comments are great motivation.
Thanks to all the participants on this challenge, once again, because love each comment!! All of them are great!! The best luck for all you!
I wasn’t aware of the challenge on time. I had internet problems during the weekend but, I noticed the comments, and as I said before, I felt overwhelming, so I decided that I will reply each of them!!
Once Again… THANKS!!!! (I am almost like a movie start on an Oscar´s award ceremony)

You are more than welcome!
I know it can be very discouraging to start out on Steemit and see your hard work only return a few cents. There is a fine line between success and quitting forever. So please give it your best and keep working hard. Great comments to help build connections is probably the fastest way to success. Joining communities like #minnowsupportproject and #newbieresteemday are also great to connect with link-minded people on the platform.

You drawing is beautiful, so also is the thought behind it. Rain signifies different things to different people, for some, it means life. We sometimes overlook these little yet amazing gifts we receive from nature, we really should take a step back and enjoy every bit of it.

I like your drawing. It is beautiful with a nice concept. I like playing in the rain when I was a kid, but my mom do caution that I may catch a cold. As an adult, I enjoy the rain when I am at home. I do enjoy the cool weather with clothes to keep me warm and hot tea. Besides cooling the environment, rain supports vegetation. It is essential for farming. Though irrigation is used to provide water for crops in some areas, rain water is free.
Despite the benefit of rain, I hate to be outdoors when it rains.

Confirmed!
Thank you Amelin.

Rain is always awaited but sometimes also hated, everyone has his own view of the rain. When drought is always awaited rain, but when the rain excessive drop then many people will cursing it. The rain is identical to the cold, but i feel is every rain falls always brings blessing because rainwater always gives life on the earth.

I could remember when we were little and it rained ,we sang a song that was totally an irony of how we felt , because we ended up playing in the rain. The song goes thus;

Rain Rain Go Away
Come Again Another Day
Little Children wants To Play

It's a beautiful thing watching the droplet of rain falling from the sky, balls of water, dropping like string of beads on the windowpane, at the same time causing an exciting mood and producing a striking balance mood for relaxation, one could listen the birds and insects softly chirping from their hideout, cool breeze sanitizing the air, as the trees sways beautifully to the rythym of the whistling breeze. It's a one of natures beauty that we human have to behold.

Your drawing is so detailed and it beautiful, I wish you goodluck in your contest @karenthfer. Thumbs up.

I sincerely appreciate your effort @danielsaori for creating this opportunity for us.

Thank you for the entry. Best of luck!

Thanks for the cheer , God bless @danielsaori, you are one of the few witness that make minnows like me feel there is a hope for us right here.

The rain, a hug, among others, are those things that we must learn to enjoy, in opportunities we want to live so fast that we never make that pause that you mention @karenthfer @danielsaori and let pass the moments and only when we no longer have them is that we realize how important and appreciated they were. In my case I like to see the stars, I really find them beautiful and rarely do we realize that they are there.

Nice image, thanks for reminding us to appreciate those little things.

here is my entry

rain brings peace within me .Watching raindrops fills your heart with happiness and to experience all this while having a cup of hot chocolate or coffee adds its taste further.
