it cant be that high ! Its mostly all vegetables with a large salad , and a bit of smokie pieces which were grilled not fried ! Plus the potatoes were skins left on and lightly coated in olive oil for frying , so its quite healthy ! You could always just add chicken breast meat to the kabobs if you like which are all ready loaded with healthy peppers and onions ! Besides you can treat yourself once A week or once a month !!
