LUANS HOLIDAY AT THE AQUARIUM AND TABLE MOUNTAIN.

Luan said to his mother it feels as if we are under the water with all the fish.

They all walked on and looked at as much as they could see. 

Luan put his head in a space where you felt like you were in the water with them. This was such a wonderful experience and he wanted to stay there forever. 

His father said it was getting late and they must go and have dinner and then the next day would be just as nice with lots of surprises.

Here are some of the pictures they took.

As they were walking through the aquarium his parent took lots of pictures for him. He wanted to go and show the children at school all these wonderful things he had seen.     

 When they got to the house, his dad said, get your costume on and let us go and give you an idea what it feels like to swim in the sea. 

Luan rushed and put it on grabbed a towel and walked across the street with his parents to the beach. It was his first time ever and he could not believe how many children were jumping and swimming.

The sand all over was wonderful to him and he was playing with it.
Mother look at that little boy he is standing up on something on the water.

His father laughed and said yes, he is surfing. That is a surf board and it takes a little while to learn to do that, but he is very good, and the sea is just right for him now. 

The waves are not too big. Oh father can they get bigger. Yes when we read to you tonight I will explain to you how the sea waves work, it has a lot to do with the moon. 

They finished swimming and he felt very salty, his mother explained that the water in the sea is salty. He had his shower and they all sat for his father to read to him how the waves worked. 

First of all, tide is the rise and fall of water caused by gravitational forces of the moon and sun on the oceans of the earth. Generally speaking, tidal cycles contain two high tides and two low tides each day. During the time between high and low tide there will obviously be current flow. 

When we get back home I will explain this to you very well one day but it is now time for bed and you must be ready for tomorrow. 

Tomorrow we will be going to Table Mountain, and you will see the top is flat and it looks just like a table. 

When Luan woke up the next morning he was very excited as he wanted to see this mountain. They drove there and when he saw the mountain they told him that they were going to the top. 

Oh how are we going to get there he asked and they told him that there was a cable car that took them up. He was so surprised that there was a little cable car that took them up the mountain.

Once they were going up he could look down and see the sea as well as the most beautiful flowers. 

Mother what kind of flowers are those he asked they look like bushes. Yes my darling that is called a Protea they are the national flower of South Africa. They grow here and they are beautiful.

Once they reached the top of the mountain they got off the cable car and started walking around. His mother told him that there have been more than 26 million visitors to the top of Table Mountain.

We are going to have lunch up here darling as there is a restaurant. We will see so much from up here like the Lions Peak, Devils Peak as well as the Cape town Port where all the ships dock. 

His fater took photos of these as well and he knew that he will be able to show his friends all of this wonderful holiday.

It is so nice but we must go and see what we are doing tomorrow.

This will be another surprise for you my darling.
