Why We Have to Dig Up Self-Expertise!

Most of the younger generation of Aceh have a fairly good education, at least they have graduated from high school. Rarely do we find who only graduated from elementary school or even no school at all. And it can be said that their level of intelligence above average. However, there is little problem experienced by them, every time they have to go out of the region to continue their education in college to study medicine, architecture, computer or other science fields, their parents always say, "what did you learn on the school was enough, you do not need to go to college anymore and help just go this goat, or "do not go far, the science in there, you can also get here."

The conditions above are very worrying. The reason, any talented young man could be just going forever goat herd. Thus, all the talents, potential and great ability that he had will die before being fostered. More worrying again, if from year to year he continues to goat herd. In fact, until marriage and have children. This is very dangerous because he will address the education of his children later as their grandfather's attitude first. And when conditions occur, it is not impossible if at last they all just become goat herders.

This condition is very worrying concerning the development of youth education, especially in Aceh. Because basically, it is strictly forbidden that until various talents and potentials of the self-have to die in the chests of its owners, and later in the day they will regret it.

Therefore, it is impossible for us to reach a pinnacle of success without possessing and applying certain skills, or studying special skills and the youthfulness of practicing them.

Many of us heard and read the profiles of successful people on this earth if we try to look more deeply into their young life, we often find that they are mediocre people, some even have almost nothing except for just enough food for that day alone, sometimes even having nothing.

We can all be successful people, it's just that we have to do what they do, that is by studying and practicing the necessary skills with diligent, consistent and do not know despair and later success will we achieve as those who have first achieved such success.

Another fact that also requires us to seek and learn the skills of ourselves is that part of us actually has various talents and abilities, but he often ignores them. Sometimes we know what our strengths are, whether it's a strong business instinct or a quick intellectual intelligence, but we ignore it and do not use it to its full potential for our success.

The expertise we can be aware of his existence or sometimes someone just knows his skills after his teacher, or his boss, or his friend who revealed it.

However, such cases are very rare. And ironically, what often happens is that the talents and potentials of a person often only become a prisoner of himself, undefeated by his habits and ultimately dead in his lap.

as a result, the condition makes us lose a leader or a brilliant intellectual. In fact, therefore also, we may also lose the opportunity to become a successful husband or a father who is respected by our children.

then, let us not be transfixed by our current situation, do not be satisfied with what we have, keep fixing ourselves and dig up all the skills we have that we may not have noticed. And for our elderly people, let's not address our children's education only with the eye view, but open the way for them to develop the potentials that exist in our younger generation.
