AQUATIC LIFE
The life-giving solvent which occupies more than 70% of the surface of the earth is endowed with a variety of animals ranging from egg-laying ones to mammals and from very small ones to mighty ones such as the whales and sharks. There also exist those animals that respire with the use of gills, lungs and those that do so through the skin when out of water; Examples are frogs and toads.
These animals that are able to answer present in both water and on land (amphibians) could be charged so high if all creatures were given tax rates to pay to nature. Every creature has its fame the way nature made it and so, each creature has its place where it can be considered master over all other creatures not necessarily on strength and might. A chameleon will change colours like traffic lights, a porcupine will spray bullets like a machine gun, snails and tortoises/ turtles will withdraw into their shells as monkeys will climb trees and frogs/crocodiles shall take refuge in water. That is why it is advisable to permanent land creatures never to engage a fight with a crocodile when their legs are in waters.
The Bible tells us that Jonah wanted to escape hos mission as a servant of God and it was a fish that accommodated him in its for stomach for 3days and brought him back to where God had destined him for his sheep. From this Biblical fact we can wonder why the word “wickedness” is in human vocabulary and if this word applies to human beings or to other beings with a fish of the days of Jonah recuing man with a high degree of love and kindness.
Aquatic life is as important as gold as it continues to assist man for his healthy being but man has distorted the conducive environment for this life by dumping industrial waste in water and indiscriminately exploiting species of sea animals of all ages.
The drawings on the picture below highlight a few water dwellers which are either reptiles or amphibians.
