Teaching children to share

Teaching children to share is not an easy matter because basically children love to play, especially if he has a new toy. And usually the child will feel that it is his toy and he does not want to share play with other friends. This is what usually triggers a fight between children and makes the parents become overwhelmed face it. But you do not have to worry here are some ways to teach children to share early on.

1. Teach children to share from small things

Teaching children to share is not something that can be done instantly. You can teach the child by doing small things. For example, when your child is eating you can ask your child to also give some food that he had to parents or to cousins. Although it looks trivial but the child from childhood will understand if not everything we have is entirely ours alone.

2. Sharing Toys

When your friends' children visit tell their parents to take their toys with them. Because usually the kids - when children see the new toy will feel hers and immediately use it. Tell the child when he wants to play with his friend's toys so he must also allow his best friend to play with his toys. Give understanding also to his friend so the child will not fight for the toys and can teach the child to share.

3. Do not punish

Children sometimes like to play with their friend's toys while when his friend borrows his toys he does not allow. But you should not immediately scold your child, tell your child slowly that he should not use them all alone. Friends and friends should be shared because they can stay away and no friends will play.

4. Encourage the child to share

Encourage the child to share with others in need. Tell the child that we have the wealth and fortune to share with the needy. Tell the child that there are still many in this world who have no parents and must live in an orphanage, so they have limited toys and food. You can also tell your child to donate or give away their toys that are not in use but still worthy of use to those in need.
