about the teacher rules to his students, at the last point is to practice what was taught so that students follow on. So being a teacher now requires adaptability to change and strategies in teaching so that they can present the best to their students. It aims to got teacher behavior every day and give spontaneous education to students, especially in getting used to a good attitude.

Maka menjadi seorang guru sekarang membutuhkan kemampuan beradaptasi untuk berubah dan strategi dalam mengajar sehingga mereka dapat menyajikan yang terbaik untuk siswa mereka. Ini bertujuan untuk menanamkan perilaku guru setiap hari dan memberikan pendidikan spontan kepada siswa, terutama dalam membiasakan diri dengan sikap terpuji.
Habituation is the process of forming attitudes and behaviors that are relatively sedentary and automated through a continuous learning process, in addition to the habituation of the teacher, habituation can also be applied to students, whether done together or individually. Student character development can be done by familiarizing certain positive behaviors in everyday life. This will also produce competence.
Pembiasaan adalah proses pembentukan sikap dan perilaku yang relatif menetap dan otomatis melalui proses belajar secara kontinyu, selain pembiasaan guru, pembiasaan juga bisa diterapkan pada siswa, baik dilakukan bersama atau secara individu. Pengembangan karakter siswa dapat dilakukan dengan membiasakan perilaku positif tertentu dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Ini juga akan menghasilkan kompetensi.
Character development through habituation can be done on a scheduled or unscheduled basis both inside and outside the classroom. Routine activities are activities carried out regularly and continuously at school. The aim is to make students do things well. Then the appropriate habituation applied is:
- Get dressed politely and neatly.
- Getting in time.
- Getting into class on time.
- Get used to speaking well.
- Get used to diligently reading.
- Get used to being friendly.
- Get used to pray before. start activities.
- Get used to greetings.
- Get used to being polite.
- Get used to throw trash in its place.
- Get used to lining up.
- Get used to respecting the opinions of others.
- Get used to asking permission to enter / exit the room if there is a meeting / meeting.
- Get used to helping and helping others.
- Get used to being honest.
- Get used to working hard.
- Getting used to not delaying work.
- Get used to discipline.
- Get used to writing.
- Get used to obeying the prevailing rules and regulations.
Pengembangan karakter melalui pembiasaan dapat dilakukan secara terjadwal atau tidak terjadwal baik di dalam maupun di luar kelas. Kegiatan rutin adalah kegiatan yang dilakukan secara teratur dan terus menerus di sekolah. Tujuannya adalah untuk membuat siswa melakukan hal-hal dengan baik. Maka pembiasaan yang cocok diterapkan adalah :
- Membiasakan berpakaian sopan dan rapi.
- Membiasakan datang tepat waktu.
- Membiasakan masuk kelas tepat waktu.
- Membiasakan berbahasa dengan baik.
- Membiasakan rajin membaca.
- Membiasakan bersikap ramah.
- Membiasakan berdoa sebelum. memulai kegiatan.
- Membiasakan mengucapkan salam.
- Membiasakan bersikap sopan santun.
- Membiasakan buang sampah pada tempatnya.
- Membiasakan antre.
- Membiasakan menghargai pendapat orang lain.
- Membiasakan minta izin masuk/keluar ruangan jika ada pertemuan/rapat.
- Membiasakan menolong dan membantu orang lain.
- Membiasakan bersikap jujur.
- Membiasakan bekerja keras.
- Membiasakan tidak menunda pekerjaan.
- Membiasakan disiplin.
- Membiasakan menulis.
- Membiasakan mentaati tata tertib yang berlaku.
The teacher's profession has an important role for the development of his students. All teachers must have the desire to be better and successfully prepare the millennial generation to become a competitive and productive workforce throughout the Industrial 4.0 era.
Profesi guru memiliki peran penting untuk pengembangan murid-muridnya. Semua guru harus memiliki keinginan untuk menjadi lebih baik dan sukses menyiapkan generasi milenial menjadi angkatan kerja yang kompetitif dan produktif sepanjang era Industri 4.0.
