As I have said before, it is a natural phenomenon no matter how intelligent you ought to be. So many things can result to tension during examination and they include fear, anxiety, unprepared and we are here to discuss ways to overcome them.

Preparation is one of the most vital ways of overcoming examination tension. Whenever you are sitting for an exam you need to be prepared because if you fail to prepare, you plan to fail and when you are not prepared, you will be tensed up and you will not know what to write. When sitting for an exam, don’t do any last review within the last remaining hours because if you do so you will just lose everything that you have read and you will be left empty definitely. So, it is not advisable to read or review anything at the dying minute.
Take time to memorize
You need to sit down and memorize everything that you have read because if you keep reading without proper care, you will just be like a man pouring water on a rock.
Conclusively, you need to be courageous and believe in yourself that you can do it. If you don’t believe in yourself, possibly you will not pass that exam even though you think you have covered all. This is just the best strategy to work you to success. Always be positive and make the right plans.
