Management Education For The Development Of Creativity (part 2)

Definition of specific education is the provision of education for learners who disability or learners who have extraordinary intelligence that is held inclusively or in the form of specific education units at the level of basic and secondary education. Rational efforts in adjusting problems that arise from learners because it is a student's management is a matter that is very necessary to note.

Students have a talent in the class may have mastered the subject matter before it will be given. They have the power to learn more advanced learning skills and concepts. To help the learner progress, curriculum modification is needed. The curriculum generally covers all the experiences that learners gain at school, at home, and within the population and that helps them realize their potential.

If the general curriculum has a purpose to be able to meet the educational needs in general, then this time should be pursued the implementation of a differentiated curriculum to give additional service to the differences in the interests and strengths of learners. In the unequal curriculum of learners with high talent potential, teachers are able to have plans and prepare more complex materials, prepare different teaching materials, or track alternative placements for students. So that each learner is able to learn according to his own speed.

In the paradigm of people's thinking about creativity, quite a lot of parents and teachers are bringing the view that creativity needs a climate of openness and freedom, in order to cause conflict in learning or management of education, due to conflicting with discipline. This perspective is not appropriate. Creativity actually demands discipline in order to be realized to be a real and meaningful product. The discipline here consists of discipline in a specific area of knowledge because of the creativity of one's person always concerning along with certain fields or domains, and creativity involves demanding an internal discipline to not only bring ideas but including being able to come up with and develop an idea or responsibility until complete.

An undeniable if the future needs a generation that has the power to face the challenges and changes that take place in a globalized era. But the organization of education at this time has not prepared the learners along with the power of thought and creative attitude that very select their success in solving the problem.
The need for creativity in the provision of education today is felt is the need of each learner. In this time of development and globalization and full of competition each individual is required to prepare his mind to be able to face the challenges of the future. Therefore, the development of the creative potential that is basically available to every human being especially to those who have extraordinary strength and intelligence must be initiated from an early age, whether it is for the realization of the self as well as for the sustainability of the nation's progress.

In the development of talent and creativity must be based on characteristics of giftedness and include creativity that should be optimized in learners that include the cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects. Internal motivation is grown together with attention to individual talents and creativity and also creates a climate that endures psychological freedom for creative expression of learners in the home, school, and community environment.

It is a challenge for the organization of education to be able to nurture and develop optimally the talents, interests, and strengths of each learner in order to realize the full potential of themselves so that later can give additional donations which mean for the development of the population and the country. Creative or taxonomic techniques of learning at this time should focus on developing talents and creativity that are applied in an integrated and sustainable manner to all subjects matched together with the concept of a differentiated curriculum for gifted students. Thus it is expected that later will be produced products of creativity itself in the field of science, technology, sports, art, and culture
