My thoughts On Call-center agents
For almost 3 months I've experienced the slice of that pie as a call center agent. for 3 months I didn't comeback on making more of youtube Videos. This is me on my final thoughts.u\
Let me tell you something about call center agents. They are hardworking, Oppurtunistic, robotlike and very patient good-looking motherfuckers.
For 3 months nawala ako sa pag-gawa ng video dahil sa sinubukan kong magtrabaho bilang Technical Support sa isang kumpanya na "I cannot disclose any information about the company or the job" Wherein I'm going to help people with their shit.
If your shit was already solved then end the call and move on to the next que. If your shit wasn't already solve, write a complaint and speak to a higher representative. You are follow the process instead of helping. Oh boi ang sakit sa ulo. Alam mo ba na kaya ko siyang tiisin pero kasi ang kupal ng Team Leader ko, saving his own skin. Young at heart, Ball is layf.
YOU NEED A LOT of PATIENCE. Patience is key to sucessful customer care. If you're the representative who's been angry all the time and you shout at your customer well in effect the customer will get angry as well. You'll be fuckn screwed. Tangina ugaling kalye ako pero minsan, natataasan ng boses ang customer, tataas din ang boses ko to take control the conversation which is inaamin ko na mali yung ginawa ko.
Kumpara mo yung iba, kakayanin kung kakayanin. Yung iba may xp yung iba ang habol nila, pera, benefits at enjoyment. For me, masaya siya if your counting figures in your atm to see kung meron kabang naipon o may pambayad sa kuryente. And syempre pang premium account sa araw-araw at bumili ng premium shit sa world of tanks. Inaamin na-enjoy o yung call center life. Pero nung tumatagal I'm seeing a bigger picture.
I see a life cycle inside the call center like. I see younger than me who's getting used to this kind of work. I see adults whos enjoying and some of them hate it
like me.
Umalis ako sa kumpanya dahil hindi ko na siya nagugustuhan. Its not about the money, its about the people around you. That cares about you. Basically, doing your best in this kind of industry is not enough. Kasi minsan, problema ko pa, nadadamay pa yung iba. Dapat nga inaalagaan ka diba wrong hahayaan ka nila hanggang sa matanggal ka sa trabaho. Meron kasing tinatawag na Operations Manager, sila po yung may hawak ng mga team leaders. Wala problema kay Operations Manager Kaso itong Team leader naming gago pangalan harold barte. AkA Cunt. di man lang ako sinuportahan at hinayaan akong umalis sa trabaho. Moving forward. Cunt sana ma karma at yung nunal sa pagmumukha mo.
Para sa mga nanonood na nagtatrabaho sa call-center. ABilib ako sa inyo. Lalu na sa mga beteranong marunong magresolba ng problema kahit sinisigawan ka na sa telephone o headset. Wala akong ganyan pasensya. Kung meron man, sa pag-ibig ko binibigay ang.pasensya ko dahil single parin ako masaya parin ako.
