Interesting Stories From The WaterFall Trip(With Video).

in #steemitkids7 years ago

The family went to Waterloo Falls last week and we shared pictures of our trip on the @lexikon082 page. However, I wanted to share a few moments the children had while we were there. Some are funny while another was just plain fun and interactive with nature.

@wolf-dawg fell what seemed like a million times. His sister seemed to be a little lighter on her feet. She had a hold of me the majority of the time which probably helped. A couple of times she almost slipped and I wondered if I would lose the camera to the water.

There was also a moment @wolfdawg though there was a crocodile in the water! The exact moment was caught on camera and it was too funny!

There was a moment at the bottom of the falls that @wolf-dawg fell because of the current. He was flat on his belly in about a foot of a half of water and the current was moving him slightly downstream.

He reminded me of the GIFS online of people in a puddle of water yelling "I'm drowning!".

He really panicked and had his arms flailing like he was trying to swim and yelling "Daddy, Help Me! Help Me!". His head kept going under the water and I grabbed him and helped him to his feet.

This is his reaction:

As we were leaving we spotted some blackberries! The children were absolutely thrilled and we picked a few hand fulls of the ripe blackberries and ate them. @wolf-dawg did not eat as many as his sister and I do believe he gave her the majority of what he picked.

Thank you for joining us on our waterfall adventure!

Looks like a nice trip you all had on the waterfall adventure! Yourfamily looks very happy and content. I hope to have such a fun family of my own someday..

What a fun day!

@wolf-dawg can rest easy. We don't have crocodiles in America! We do, however, have alligators. ;~/

High five for sharing the blackberries! It looks like there are many to ripen yet, so maybe next trip you'll have a bucket or some baggies to bring some home.

Too funny is right, haha. @wolfdawg knows how to have a good time in the water.

That rock really did look like a croc! I would have been outta the water in a flash!!
