Zooming in, as we can all see the 1st Monthly Target has already been broken.
Checking the reliability and consistency of this indicator since October 2020, it only failed once last January 2021 on reaching the 3rd Target with 93.33% accuracy. Hence, it still has 100% accuracy reaching its 2nd plotted target.

However there are few concerns in the market that may affect the price action in the near future. One is the Bearish Divergence in the RSI Daily & Weekly Timeframe, this may trigger the possible Bitcoin CME Future GAP to go down and fill that gap in short term, though in rare occasions it may take longer.
Buy zone 60K down to 58,700. Just be cautious that most of the time when Bitcoin broke its previous ATH it tends not to go back and simply run parabolic. The last time it tried, it came short by almost 3%. But the possibility is always there so make sure to have your plan.
