This week was like seaweed invasion.
I hadn't had this ingredient in a while so I went a bit crazy with it...
Sounds counter intuitive and for some even more, but this is not such an odd pairing.
The seaweed by itself has a very mild taste, so basically this was like a regular apricot jam pancake with added crunchy texture.
Dare I say avant-garde ?
