Wow that looks awesome. I will have to try and make this, looks pretty easy.

I have, a while back, made spam sushi. So good. I made a sweet and spicy wasabi dipping sauce to go with it. It was a hit. Granted, I ate most of it...but I brought it to a Hawaiian party and a lot of people really liked it.
