Do you still stay at home in 14 days quarantine...? Let's keeping healthy with traditional foods. And this is i introduce to you one of many kind traditional food from my country, Indonesia.

Pecal is a food consisting of several types of boiled fresh vegetables, then made into one and given a splash of peanut sauce that has been given seasoning. At first glance like a vegetable salad.

Egg tofu, in general, this tofu egg dish is almost the same as how to make it with an omelette, it's just that the mixture is added with tofu and seasoned to taste more delicious.

Chili shrimp paste. This chili sauce is one of the favorite sambal in Indonesia, made manually using a traditional spice grinder, in Indonesia we used to call it by the name of the ulekan. Some red chilies are ground until smooth, then added with salt, tomatoes and shrimp paste which are also all mashed. Hmmmm ... it's delicious to eat with hot rice complete with vegetables and side dishes.
